Great surgery. However the receptionists can sometimes be a bit rude, I had one hung up on me the other day.

The surgery is good with plenty of doctors. The experience varies depending on which doctor you see. Some don't have that friendliness and can seem like they are a bit dismissive. That is how I felt yesterday. I will make sure for my future appointments I don't go to that doctor.
